Start by going to the puzzle piece icon in your menu under “Add-ons”, then click on the toggle button to choose your desired amount of monthly leads in the “Lead List” section highlighted below.

Once the subscription page is open, click on the dropdown to choose your monthly bundle size.

  • 2,500 leads per month = $49 monthly

  • 5,000 leads per month = $79 monthly

  • 10,000 leads per month = $119 monthly

* You can mix and match the available lists each month depending on your needs

Now that you have activated the add on, go to “Lead Lists” in your menu

Start the process by searching for a city, zip code, state or county. In the example below, the user looked up properties in Tampa, FL. Be sure to then also select which residential property types you’d like included, such as, Condo / townhouse, multi-family 2-4 units, multi-family 5+ units and single family.

Now that you have searched an area, choose your needed leads in each desired category by selecting them all or simply by adjusting /typing in the number manually. BatchDialer offers:

  • Failed listings- Properties where the MLS listing was either canceled, expired, or taken off the market and has not sold.

  • For Sale By Owner- Properties in which are available for purchase directly from the owner rather than through a real estate agent or broker.

  • Vacant property- A property that USPS has flagged as vacant.

  • Pre Foreclosure- Preforeclosure is the initial phase of the foreclosure process, which occurs when a homeowner is behind on their mortgage payments.

  • Tax Default- Properties that are in active tax default and the first default occurred over 3 years ago.

  • Tired Landlord- Single-family residences were owned for 10+ years and built over 30 years ago.

  • Out-of-state owner- “Property owner that does not reside in the same state”

  • Vacant lot- A vacant lot is a parcel of land that is not being used or developed. It typically doesn't have any buildings or structures on it.

Now name your list and assigning it to a campaign. If you don’t have a campaign already created, you can connect your lead list later. Click here to learn how to create campaigns.

Finish by choosing what you'd like to happen if the system finds any duplicate phone number already saved in your account.

Reject: The system will completely reject the new contact (including all phone numbers) if it contains the same phone number as an existing contact.

Keep Old: If a duplicate phone number is detected, the number on the new contact will be skipped, but the rest of the contact information will still be imported.

Keep New: If a duplicate phone number is detected, it will be removed from the existing contact and retained on the new contact.

Then click "Import".

Once your lead list has uploaded, the system will bring your to "Contacts" in your menu and show you an overview of how the import went. Click "ok" once you finish reviewing.

  • Total Leads Uploaded : The amount of Leads your lead lists contained

  • Duplicates : If there are any duplicate phone numbers within the same lead list

  • Existing Contacts : The amount of records already previously imported into your system which can't be re-imported unless you delete the original file

  • Misformed Leads : Contacts that have missing information or no returned phone numbers

  • Company DNC : If any of your contacts phone numbers fall on your systems DNC list (Example: You marked conversation with a "Do not Call" Call result in the past)

  • Federal DNC : The amount of contacts are a part of the Federal Do Not Call Registry

  • Non Existing Numbers : Numbers that are not assigned to a lead name

  • Imported Leads Count : The amount of contacts successfully uploaded

In "Contacts" you can easily filter out and view your saved lead lists at the top of the page

Or if you’re ready to begin dialing, click on the blue phone icon in the top right hand corner, then click “Join” next to the campaign you assigned the lead list to. To learn more about how to dial, click here
