To access your User Account Settings, click your user icon in the top right hand corner of BatchLeads, then go to "My Profile". Once in your settings, you can update your information by clicking the edit option, represented by a pencil in the upper right hand corner of the window. You'll be able to change any of your profile settings displayed, including your profile picture and timezone.

If you'd like to change your password, click on "Update" off to the right off your login methods. You'll need to provide your current password, then the new password you'd like set instead.

​You'll also have the option to set up 1 social login (Google, Facebook or Apple) to make signing into your BatchLeads account quick and easy. Last but not least, you'll have the ability to turn on "two-factor authentication" which will add extra security to your login experience and enabling it will require a code sent to your email each time you log on.
