To cancel your BatchLeads account go to your initials in the top right-hand corner, then click My Profile, then go to Billing.

On the bottom right corner of the page, hit the Cancel button.

Please let us know what made you decide to move forward with cancelling, then click "Next"

Continue by leaving more detailed feedback on your experience and why you chose to cancel, then click next.

The cancellation will then take effect and you will no longer be billed. You can use your account until your regular billing date which is when the account will be completely closed and no longer accessible.
