BatchLeads now offers a direct integration with Podio to seamlessly push your important leads to Podio in just a few clicks!

Start by logging into you Podio account, then click on the 3 lines in the top left corner to open your menu.

You'll then need to either open an existing or new workspace.

Once in your workspace, click on the "add app" option across the top of the screen.

Click on "create your own app". (do not choose an app from the market in Podio as the integration won't work properly with their default apps available)

Now place a name for your app and item, keep the app type as "standard", choose an icon if you'd like, then click "create app".

To create your app, all you need to do is drag and drop several "Text" boxes as shown below, then name them after each field of data you'd like to eventually push over from BatchLeads.

Pick and choose which ones you'd like to have eventually push over from BatchLeads into Podio. Simply name a text box in Podio after each field you'd like)

Once you finish outlining your data fields, click "done".

Head over to your BatchLeads account now and click on your initials in the top right corner, then click on "my profile" to open your settings. From there, go to "Integrations" on the left, then click "Manage" next to the Podio integration option.

Click "authorize" to connect your podio account.

Then click on "Add New" to start connecting your Podio app.

Connect each component required such as, your organization name, your workspace name, the app you previously created and the integration type as "My Lists".

You'll then match up each field from your Podio app with the corresponding BatchLeads data point.

Once finished, click "save".

Now that your integration is set up and ready to go, head over to "My Lists" in your menu. Filter out your preferred data, then click the small arrow icon to select you desired amount of records.

Once selected, click on "Export" at the top of the screen and choose the "Export to Podio CRM" option in the dropdown.

Choose the app you previously set up that that you'd like the records to be pushed to, then click "Sync now".

To finish, you'll now be able to find the records you pushed from BatchLeads in your Podio account under the app you created!
