Q: When do I actually get charged for a DM campaign.

A: When you create a campaign the wallet balance does not get checked or deducted immediately. You get charged when the campaign actually goes into production.

​Q: If wallet balance insufficient what happens to the DM campaign?

A: The campaign may start production with however much balance you have in your wallet but as soon as it is insufficient for the campaign; it will stop (PAUSE in a way) the production.

​Q: How do I resume a campaign that is PAUSED due to insufficient balance?

A: At the moment there is no way to resume such campaign but should be fixed in less than 3 weeks.

Q: Can I upload my own template?

A: No, you cannot upload your own template, however, you can customize the templates that we have in BatchLeads.
