If you are wondering how to use BatchData verified real estate intelligence for the huge data? Here is the solution to keep you going.

Upload your data with us in csv or excel file and we will provide you the response in the same file format. In BatchData we call this process as 'List Processing'.

As of today, you can leverage following services with List Processing-

  • Address Verification - Validate, clean and standardize millions of addresses in seconds.

  • Phone Verification - Verify phone numbers, check line types and avoid wasting resources on the wrong data. Get DNC and TCPA status.

  • Property Lookup - Get most robust and most comprehensive property data in the industry. Retrieve address, parcel, building and other property related information.

  • Address Geocode - Convert address data into geocodes (Latitude and longitude coordinates) and geocodes into precise address locations (reverse geocodes).

What you need to do

Step #1

To make sure that your data is properly mapped to what BatchData expects, download the excel templates given below according to the service you may want to use and fill it in with your data. Template file contains required fields only.

If you wish to upload your file instead of the template, please make sure you map the fields appropriately in step #4.

Step 2

Maintain sufficient wallet balance in your BatchData account. You will only be able to upload the file if there is sufficient wallet balance considering the service you are trying to use and the number of records you have in the file.

BatchData will calculate the estimated amount and prompt if wallet balance is insufficient to use the service post file upload.

Step 3

Go to the desired service page and click on File Upload Tab and upload the file.

You can upload maximum 50000 records within the size limit of 10 MB.

Step 4

Map the source fields with the fields from the file you have uploaded. This mapping is very important as it is going to tell BatchData about which input field should be used as an appropriate input for file processing.

Example, the source field state should be mapped with the column in the file which contains state name.

Make sure you map all the fields marked with * correctly. Incorrect mapping will not yield desired output.

If you have used downloaded template, the source fields will be auto mapped with the fields from uploaded file.

Once you review all the source field mappings click on NEXT.

Select the attributes you wish to get in your response file post processing and click OK.

NEXT button will only be available if service has a provision to select attributes to be included in response file. If you do not see NEXT button click on SUBMIT

The total cost will be estimated based on the service and number of records in the file. You will be prompted if the balance is insufficient to complete the processing. Recharge the wallet and repeat the steps from #1 to #4.

Step 5

Once your file is successfully accepted for processing, you will see the processing status against the file on the screen.

Your file will be ready to be downloaded when the processing is finished. On successful processing, the total cost will be deducted from your wallet.

You will be charged for the successfully processed records only.
