Start by opening "My Lists" from your menu, then click "Filter" at the top of the screen. This will allow you to find the properties you're wanting to include in your direct mail campaign. "List Stacking" mainly happens with the "list count" and "tag count" bars. To learn more about List Stacking, click HERE . You can use both if you'd like, but it really comes down to how you have organized your properties. To learn more about "lists" and tags" click HERE

For example, in the image below, the user has set the "list count" to 1-3. After they apply the filter, the system will go through all of their lists and find the addresses that are on 2 or more. This could mean that the properties the systems find could be on multiple lists (ex: preforeclosures, tax default, high equity etc.) This is why it's so important that you have been importing multiple types of lists into your account so you can stack them together!

When properties are on multiple lists, this indicates that the seller is more motivated because they have more "pain" with their property. We always recommend list stacking. You can add any other filters you'd like on top, then once finished, click "apply filter". Learn more about Filters HERE

TIP 1: After filtering, you can use a "Quick Filter" on top of the results at the bottom of the screen to narrow it down to a specific category you'd like to market to. In the example below the user chose to use the "tired landlord" quick filter so they have a better idea of who they will be sending their mail to!

TIP 2: You'll be able to see the "list count" and "tag count" on the right of each of your addresses to show how many lists an address falls under (shown in image below). You can click the tiny arrow in these sections to bring up the most to least or vice versa amount of lists. If you'd like to see what those lists are, click on an address to open the details.

In the property details, go to "lists and tags" to see what lists an address in your account falls under. Cool, right?!

Once you're ready, click "select properties" in the top left corner to select the properties you wish to send mail to. Click "actions".

TIP 3: Go to "Tags" in actions and click "Add".

Select or a Create a Tag name "Direct Mail" or "mail" to mark the properties you're about to include in your campaign! This way, in the future, you can keep track of how many times you have marketed to someone and it will also help you avoid including them in campaigns you don't want them added to later on.

After tagging your properties, click "actions" once again then click "add to campaign" and select "direct mail" (shown in image below).

Name your campaign and choose if you'd like to remove any duplicate mailing addresses. Click the blue arrow to go to the next step!

Start setting up your campaign with the days you want certain post cards / letters sent. You can click "add mailer" to create follow up postcards or letters without even thinking about it! In the example below, the user is planning on sending a "vacant properties" postcard they made once a week for a month! Follow ups are so important! (See the video at the top for a deeper explanation) Click the blue arrow at the bottom once finished.

Review your order and be sure to look over your post cards/letters very carefully before submitting because you won't be able to edit the campaign or your postcards afterwards. Check the box indicating you agree that you've reviewed everything and understand that it cannot be modified then click "create campaign".

Once it's been created, it will take you back to "mail campaigns" (found in your menu) where you can click the 3 dots to the left of your campaign and either edit the name or view the details!

When you click "view" you can see your campaign broken down completely and if you need to, you can always cancel the campaign. (Watch the video at the top of this guide for a deeper explanation)
