Understand the difference between different Off Market Property filters

Within BatchLeads there are several ways to filter properties by either On or Off Market. When filtering, it is important to understand the difference between the “Off Market” button within our Deal Finder filter and the “Off Market” checkbox within our MLS Filter.

The Off Market button (located to the right of the property search bar) will show any property not currently on the MLS. The Off Market checkbox within the MLS status field will show only properties that had been listed on the MLS, but their status did not align with Sold, or Failed. Sometimes homes are removed from the MLS without a specific reason.

In summary - if you want to broadly search for Off Market properties that may or may not have been listed on an MLS in recent years (including those that were sold or failed), use the Off Market button to the right of the property search bar. If you want to explore Off Market properties which had been taken off of the MLS for a specific reason (like being Sold or Failed) - use the MLS status filters, including the one labeled Off Market.
