BatchRank AI is included in Growth, Professional and Scale BatchLeads plans and can be used when looking for Off Market opportunities in Property Search.

Start by choosing your market in the search bar or draw a boundary on the map with the pencil icon in the bottom left corner.

Choose "Off Market" as your strategy, then open up the BatchRank AI option.

Growth plans will be limited to the medium tier but Professional and Scale plans will have full access. BatchRank AI uses a proprietary algorithm to find property owners with the highest likelihood of selling their properties. Simply move the fire icon to your desired level then view your results.

You can view the details by clicking on the addresses here or save them. For this example, we've selected the preferred amount of properties and will then click "Save". Choose to save the properties.

Save the properties to a clear list and tag name. Think of your lists as your main ideas and your tags as the subcategories to those main ideas.

You can now go to "My Lists" in your menu to view your saved data. Use your list / tag filter to find the information easily!

The best part is that once a property is saved to your account, you'll have all inclusive phone numbers and email addresses on every contact with available information! Just click on an address to view the details as shown below.
