We always value our customers and try to assist you in the best way possible and resolve your concerns with the BatchDialer, but still if you want to cancel for any specific reason. You are requested to follow this document to raise the cancellation request as when you want to cancel we require a cancellation request from your account to be processed by our team.

After you are logged into your account you can click on your username in the top right corner, then select Settings.

Once you have clicked on the Settings option from your username, you will be directed to the billing page shown below, where you can click on the Cancel Account button.

Once you have clicked on Cancel Account button, tell us what made you decide to close your account, then click next.

You'll then have the option to talk with our team if you need help instead of wanting to cancel. If you do with to proceed with closing the account, click "decline offer".

Tell us more about your experience and feedback on the following page, then click "Next". Your account will then be cancelled at the end of your billing period and you may use it until then.
