Lead Scoring is a great way to prioritize your contacts when working on campaigns! Administrators can set this up in their settings. See the guide to learn more.

Start by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner, then go to "settings". From there, go to "Lead Score" on the left.

Here is a great example of how to set Lead Scoring up. Whether you decide to add or subtract points from specific criteria completely up to you.

Let's say that you favor certain cities contacts' are in. click "add new rule" then find "city" to the left and choose if a contact must or must not contain the specific city, then add or subtract points. Watch the video above for a deeper explanation.

Once you finish setting Lead scoring up, you can see the score next to your contacts. Go to "Contacts" in your menu and you'll find the score, where you can also click the little arrows on the right of this column to look at them from highest to lowest or vice versa.

If you're admin or have the permission to create or edit campaigns, you can also adjust the calls order based on lead score. Go to "campaigns" and create or edit one. In the example image below, the user clicked on the 3 dots next to an existing campaign, then is choosing to edit.

Under "advanced configuration" you'll find "calls order" and you can choose to call your contacts based on highest to lowest or lowest to highest lead scores first. Learn more about creating campaigns HERE
