Managing Time in Status

As an agent, you can easily view where you've been spending your time based off your status, if you've generated any leads, how many voicemails you've left and more!

Start by going to "Recent Contacts" in your menu, then click on "time in status".

You can filter a date range you'd like to view in the top right hand corner and even export the report!

Click on the addition symbol next to your name to expand where you're spending your time and more!

This view will show you exactly how much time you've spent in each status, including how much time you've spent on live calls! You'll see how many calls have been answered, if you've set any appointments and generated any leads
