1. Start by going to "Phone System" in your menu, then click on "Phone Numbers".

2. You'll need to add phone numbers to your account to make and receive calls. If you already own numbers through an external site, choose "add external number". If not, choose "buy number" to get them through BatchDialer. Let's click on "Buy Number".

2 Click on "BUY NUMBER".

3. Your contacts will be more likely to answer your calls if you have phone numbers that match their area code. Click here to pick the state and/or area code to bring up numbers relevant to where you'll be calling into

3 Next, click on the element.

4. Click on the box next to each phone number you'd like to add to your account. Industry best practice is to add a number for every 100 dials you plan to make in a day. For example, if you plan on making 500 calls in the day, aim to add a minimum of 5 phone numbers to help you avoid "spam likely" labels.

4 Click on the element.

5. Once done, click on "Order Now".

5 Afterwards, click on "Order Now".

6. If you're in the advanced plan, be sure to click on the box next to each of your new phone numbers to select them, then click the blue "actions" button at the top of the screen, then choose to activate the "Monitor Reputation" option.

6 Following that, click on "Monitor Reputation".

7. Reputation monitoring will display information on if any major phone carriers have flagged your phone number or have marked you as "spam likely". Having this visibility will help ensure you're using phone numbers that are clean. Hover over the shield icon anytime you'd like to look at a numbers' reputation.

8. The "Destination" column is extremely important as it displays where each phone number will be receiving calls back from your contacts.

9. Your phone numbers are now ready to use! As a last step, go to "Campaigns" and assign your numbers to a campaign to start calling your contacts.
