For those records that have a fail reason as "not a valid usps address", this doesn't always mean that it is not a valid property.

One reason might be because the property addresses did not pass the standard way of formatting on how the addresses are written. Another possibility is the address you are importing can be a vacant property or vacant land and they can’t deliver any mail there.

In this case you can select all of the records that are not valid USPS Address and click on Active > Add to Database then those addresses will be imported on the system. Use this function with caution! We only recommended using this with Vacant land lists or addresses that you have personally checked are valid.
