Q: When do I actually get charged for a DM campaign.

A: When you create a campaign the wallet balance does not get charged immediately. You will be charged when the campaign actually goes into production.

​Q: If wallet balance insufficient what happens to the DM campaign?

A: The campaign may start production with your available wallet balance, but as soon as it is insufficient for the campaign; it will stop / pause the production.

​Q: How do I resume a campaign that is PAUSED due to insufficient balance?

A: Go to "Campaigns" in your menu, then click on the 3 small dots next to the campaign you'd like to continue. There should then be a "Resume" option in the drop down.

Q: Can I upload my own template?

A: Yes. You will simply add a screenshot of your template you've made elsewhere and add it into your BatchLeads post card, you can fully customize the templates that we have in BatchLeads. Click here to learn how
