The BatchLeads mobile app allows you to manage your messaging of your prospects from your mobile device with a simple easy to use interface.

You can see your messages and respond to them, filter them, and flag messages based on categories or follow-up status.

To view and manage your messages on the mobile app, start by tapping on the 3 lines in the top left hand corner to open your menu (shown in the first screenshot below). Then go to "Inbox" (shown in the second screenshot) which is where you'll be able to change the statuses on each message thread and open them to reply as well.

Flagging Messages/Contacts

Use the flags to set a status based on each response you receive. Flags are as follows:

Hot Lead icon:

Example of a contact flagged as a hot lead who is interested in selling their property:

Warm Lead icon:

Cold Lead icon:

Example of a contact flagged as a cold/dead lead, the contact either isn't interested in selling or isn't the homeowner:

Do Not Call (DNC) icon:

Use the Checkmark to verify that you've reached the homeowner:

Additional Actions

Use the three dots to access the action menu for each message. You can mark a message as:

Follow-up, Make an Offer, Refer to an Agent, Auto DNC, Awaiting Reply, or No Response.
