Enabling AI Suite
To get started with AI Suite, follow these simple steps:
Go to the Add-Ons menu in your BatchDialer account.
Locate the AI Suite option.
Click the toggle button to enable the feature.
Important: AI Suite is available for $39 per agent per month. If you have multiple agents, the feature must be enabled for the entire team to ensure access for all users.
What AI Suite Can Do for You
Once AI Suite is enabled, your BatchDialer system gains powerful AI capabilities, including:
Real-Time Call Guidance: Receive live prompts on what to say during calls to improve communication.
Automatic Call Categorization: Calls are automatically labeled based on the conversation outcome.
AI-Generated Call Summaries: Get instant summaries of your calls for easy reference and documentation.
This automation reduces manual effort, ensuring that every call is accurately documented while allowing your team to focus on closing deals.
Using AI Suite During Live Calls
Here’s how to use AI Suite in a live calling session:
Click the Phone button at the top of your dashboard to join a campaign.
Enter the phone number and begin dialing.
As you make calls, AI Suite provides real-time guidance on what to say, helping you navigate conversations more effectively.
If a call reaches voicemail, the system automatically categorizes it and generates a call summary without any additional input from you.
Managing Call Results and Notes
When a call ends, the Call Results screen will pop up automatically:
AI Suite will categorize the outcome (e.g., voicemail, interested lead, etc.).
You can add manual notes alongside the AI-generated summary.
Click Save to finalize the call log.
To review call summaries later, navigate to the Notes tab in the Lead Info section. Here, you can access:

Manual notes
Full conversation history
