How to Schedule Reports in BatchDialer

BatchDialer allows you to schedule daily, weekly or monthly reports for your campaigns, recent contacts, agents and numbers.

Start by going to "Reports" in your menu, then click on either "Recent Contacts", "Campaigns", "Agents" or "Numbers".

Once viewing your preferred reporting page, click on "Schedule Reports" in the top right hand corner.

You'll then name your report, choose the frequency of when you'll be notified, then finish by adding any email addresses you'd like to receive the CSV. report. Be sure to separate multiple email addresses with a comma. Then click "Save" when done!

Now click on "View Scheduled Reports" to view what you're being notified on and make edits if needed.

Please note: The "Scheduled Reports" section is only for viewing, deleting and editing any created schedules. Any time you would like to create a schedule, please go to "Recent Contacts", "Campaigns", "Agents" or "Numbers" to create a scheduled report.
