When you're ready to skip trace your file, start by making sure it's in Excel or CSV format and that your data is separated into different columns (example shown below).

Please refer to the following guidance regarding your import file to ensure the best results from your skip trace.

First name and Last name

The First Name and Last Name should be in separate columns.

Property Address

Property street address including house number, street name, city, state, and zip code, each in its own column.

Mailing Address

Mailing address including house number, street name, city, state, and zip code, each in its own column.
