Editing Billing
Adding a credit card to your account.
Select Billing from the drop down menu on the far right hand side of the screen.
Add a new card thru Payment Methods section on the right side of the screen. Make sure to agree on the Terms of Service before proceeding.

Adding Current Balance. You can do it directly from the Billing platform. Just click the [+] sign located at the top left of the screen.

Put in the amount of the credit you wish to add to your current balance ($25 Minimum). Make sure to check the box for the Terms of Service and note that the Wallet Balance is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Note: The Pay Now button will stay grayed out until you click on the checkbox for Terms of Service. Once you're done with this process, you can click on Pay Now.
